Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete personal data within a reasonable period, usually 30 days, except where law requires retention.

Guest Mode special note: When using Guest Mode without registering, all data, including customer and trip records, is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to the cloud. Deleting the app, clearing app data, factory resetting, or changing devices may cause Guest Mode data to be permanently and irreversibly lost. RideKip cannot recover local device data. To keep data, register a free account before uninstalling or changing devices and migrate data to the cloud.
