1. Service description

RideKip (the “Service”) is a booking and customer management tool provided by the RideKip team for independent transportation drivers and related vehicle service providers. The Service includes the iOS app and related web services at ridekip.com.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account registration and eligibility

Some RideKip features require account registration. You agree that:

One account is intended for one driver. Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited.

3. Service tiers

Guest Mode: No registration is required for first use. You can create trips and enter passenger name, phone, email, and other details inside each trip. Trip count is not hard-limited, but there is no standalone customer library, cloud sync, or web access. Data stays on the device. Guest Mode data is not backed up to the cloud. Deleting the app, clearing app data, or changing devices may permanently delete it, and RideKip is not responsible for that loss. To preserve data, register a free account before uninstalling and migrate your data.

Free Account: Free forever after registration, with up to 30 customers, unlimited trip count, recent 3 months of history, and basic features. No credit card required.

Pro Driver: For drivers serious about private bookings. Pro unlocks all features. Current Early Access pricing is planned at $5.99 monthly or $59.99 annually once self-service payment opens. Early subscribers lock in this price and are not affected by later price changes.

Plan entitlements are configured in our backend and may change as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes. See the pricing page.

4. Subscription and payment

After the Pro trial ends, continued use may require a paid subscription once paid access is available. For payment:

5. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the first payment and we will review your refund request. Fees after 7 days are generally non-refundable, but we may make exceptions case by case.

No fee is charged during the free trial.

6. Invitation codes and rewards

RideKip provides invitation codes so you can invite other drivers and earn rewards such as extra trial time or feature allowances.
