Receipts, statements & reports

Give a client a receipt, reconcile work with an agency, or review your business records. These are different tasks with different levels of detail.

Create a receipt for a client

Generate a PDF from the relevant trip and payment information. Check service details, amounts and the driver or business information before sharing it.

Choose the right presentation

Receipt language and visible fields can be adjusted to suit the purpose. A receipt should describe the service clearly without adding empty or irrelevant fields.

Review agency work

Use agency-related records and statements to check services and amounts for a partner. Check collections and remaining balances rather than treating every completed trip as paid.

Use Web for detailed reports

Inspect transaction-level income and expenses, charter summaries and longer lists from a computer. Reports help review operational records; they do not replace tax or accounting advice.

Illustrative example

Choose the output for the task

Passenger
A checked PDF receipt for the service and payment
Agency
Related bookings, collected amounts and remaining balances
Driver
Transaction details and a period summary
Charter
Daily service times and related charges

Review the underlying records before sending or relying on a document.

Before your first trip

Is a receipt the same as a request for payment?

No. A receipt records payment; a statement or payment request serves a different purpose. Confirm the actual payment status before sharing.

Do reports combine different currencies into one amount?

Review currencies separately. Do not assume a sum of different currencies is a meaningful business total.

Keep the next trip in focus.

Start with your bookings and build a clearer record of your daily work.
