Trip reminders & flight information

Keep a planned pickup and its relevant flight information close together. A reminder helps you prepare; a flight result still needs checking.

Base reminders on the booking

Set the correct pickup time and choose your reminder settings. Review future work in the calendar instead of relying on a notification as your only record.

Keep flight details with airport trips

Save a flight number and the pickup or meeting instructions on the relevant booking. Ordinary rides and charters do not need a flight number.

Recheck when plans change

After changing a pickup time, check the reminder settings and sync the iOS app if the change came from Web. Flight and airport data can change, so confirm important pickup details before leaving.

Know the delivery limits

Notification permission, Focus mode and service availability can affect reminders. Online flight lookups need a connection; if a lookup is unavailable, retain the known details and verify them independently.

Before your first trip

Does a flight result guarantee a pickup time?

No. Airline and airport information can change and should be checked when it matters.

What should I check if a reminder does not appear?

Check notification permission and Focus mode, then the booking time, active status, reminder settings and synchronization.

Keep the next trip in focus.

Start with your bookings and build a clearer record of your daily work.
