Bulk imports & a professional Web workspace

Your phone is for work in the field. Your computer is for a larger volume of records, detailed review and getting an existing order history into the system.

Bring existing orders with you

Use the booking import tool for supported CSV, TSV or XLSX files, or pasted table data. Follow the available template and review the parsed fields rather than assuming any spreadsheet layout will match.

Preview before writing records

Inspect valid rows and reported errors before confirming. Correct invalid fields and check the service dates, times, amounts and currencies in the preview.

Review detailed lists

Use the larger screen for booking lists, transaction-level income and expense records, agency statements and charter reports. This is where long lists and comparisons are easier to inspect.

Keep the same account context

Use the same account and workspace on iOS and Web. Confirm language, region and time-zone preferences, and wait for synchronization before comparing a recent change across devices.

Before your first trip

Do I need a computer for ordinary daily use?

No. iOS retains the core booking, client and money workflows. Web is especially useful for bulk imports and detailed review.

Can I import an arbitrary spreadsheet without checking it?

No. Use the supported fields and review the import preview and validation messages before confirming.

Keep the next trip in focus.

Start with your bookings and build a clearer record of your daily work.
